Terms & Conditions
Welcome to LETTER. These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) govern your participation in our teacher training program. By enrolling in the program, you agree to abide by these T&C.
- Program Enrollment
- Eligibility: To enroll in the program, you must meet the following criteria:
- DPPE – Graduation
- DPSE – 2nd PUC/12th Std
- ITE – 2nd PUC/12th Std.
- Application Process: Enrollment requires submission of [application form and documents]. Acceptance into the program is subject to review and approval by [LETTER].
- Fees: Enrollment fees are as follows: [DPPE – 38,000, DPSE – 33,500, ITE – 12,000]. Payment is due [payment deadlines will be informed once enrolled]. Fees are non-refundable.
- Program Content and Delivery
- Course Structure: The program includes [Components such as workshops, lectures, online modules, internship, viva voce etc.]. Details are provided in the program syllabus.
- Materials: Participants will receive [materials, such as textbooks, online resources, etc.]. Additional materials required for the program are the participant’s responsibility.
- Schedule: The program will run in [June] and [December]. Schedule changes will be communicated via [microsoft teams].
- Attendance and Participation
- Attendance Policy: Regular attendance is required. Participants must attend [all the online] sessions. Absences may result in [consequences, such as reduction in practical marks].
- Participation: Active participation in all activities is expected. Failure to participate may affect your ability to complete the program successfully.
- Code of Conduct
- Behaviour: Participants are expected to maintain professional behaviour and respect towards instructors and fellow participants. Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may lead to dismissal from the program.
- Academic Integrity: All assignments and assessments must be completed independently unless otherwise specified. Plagiarism or cheating will result in disciplinary action.
- Certification and Accreditation
- Certification: Upon successful completion of the program, participants will receive [type of certification, BSS certificate, mark sheet and Learning Edge certificate].
- Accreditation: The program is [accredited] by [Bharat Sevak Samaj Developmental Agency government of India].
- Refund and Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation by Participant: To cancel your enrollment, [The participant has to provide the required documents]. It is non-refundable.
- Cancellation by Program: The program reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions. Participants will be notified as soon as possible if the cancellation occurs.
- Data Protection
- Personal Information: The program will collect and process personal information in accordance. Information will be used solely for program administration purposes.
- Confidentiality: All personal data will be kept confidential and not shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
- Modifications to Terms
- Changes: The program reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. Participants will be notified of any significant changes. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the revised T&C.
